Every piercing is performed using sterile gloves and drapes, single-use needles, and a fully disposable process — with multiple stages of skin prep to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Your jewellery is sterilised in our Enbio right in front of you, so you can see everything is completely sterile before we begin. At Diamond & Dagger, we pierce exclusively with verified, implant-grade materials — ASTM F-136 titanium, solid 14k & 18k gold, and niobium. We specialise in piercing with gold, while still offering a wide range of high-quality titanium options. OUR POLICYS
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be non-refundable. This is because we prepare sterile setups for each client, and delays affect the schedule and safety standards.
Reschedule Policy
We understand plans can change. If you need to move your appointment, you must reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Your booking fee can then be carried over to your new appointment date.
If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will be lost and a new fee will be required to book again.
Booking Fee Policy
All booking fees are final and non-refundable. Your booking fee secures your appointment and covers the cost of preparing a sterile setup specifically for you.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours before your appointment — we’ll carry your booking fee over once. If you cancel, don’t show up, or give less than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be lost and a new one will be required to book again.
ID Policy
For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment. You’ll need to bring one of the following:

Both the parent’s and child’s birth certificates, or

The child’s birth certificate plus official proof of legal guardianship/adoption (e.g., adoption papers or court-issued guardianship documents), or

Both passports (parent and child) with the same surname.
If you’re lucky enough to look under 18, please bring valid photo ID — we operate a strict Challenge 21 policy.
Important: If you fail to bring the correct ID to your appointment, it will be cancelled and your booking fee will be non-refundable.
Age Policy
If you’re under 16, you must bring a parent or legal guardian — we can’t perform any piercings without their consent in person and the correct ID (see our ID Policy above).
