The conch-to-conch piercing links both sides of the inner ear cartilage with a single long barbell, creating an industrial-style piercing that cuts through the centre of the ear. It’s an advanced, anatomy-specific piercing that offers a bold, high-impact look unlike any other. Due to its placement, a conch-to-conch requires: Very specific anatomy Careful, custom planning Expert placement by an experienced piercer We use sterile, single-use needles only — no guns, ever — and provide a full consultation before proceeding to ensure the piercing is safe and appropriate for your ear. Jewellery options include: Implant-grade titanium straight barbells Solid 14kt gold custom pieces (available to order) Simple, clean looks or something more decorative once healed Your appointment includes: A full anatomy check and consultation Custom piercing placement Aftercare support and healing guidance Photo ID is required for all appointments. This is not a piercing for everyone — but for the right ear, it’s a true showstopper.
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be non-refundable. This is because we prepare sterile setups for each client, and delays affect the schedule and safety standards. Reschedule Policy We understand plans can change. If you need to move your appointment, you must reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Your booking fee can then be carried over to your new appointment date. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will be lost and a new fee will be required to book again. Booking Fee Policy All booking fees are final and non-refundable. Your booking fee secures your appointment and covers the cost of preparing a sterile setup specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours before your appointment — we’ll carry your booking fee over once. If you cancel, don’t show up, or give less than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be lost and a new one will be required to book again. ID Policy For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment. You’ll need to bring one of the following: Both the parent’s and child’s birth certificates, or The child’s birth certificate plus official proof of legal guardianship/adoption (e.g., adoption papers or court-issued guardianship documents), or Both passports (parent and child) with the same surname. If you’re lucky enough to look under 18, please bring valid photo ID — we operate a strict Challenge 21 policy. Important: If you fail to bring the correct ID to your appointment, it will be cancelled and your booking fee will be non-refundable. Age Policy If you’re under 16, you must bring a parent or legal guardian — we can’t perform any piercings without their consent in person and the correct ID (see our ID Policy above).
