The Medusa piercing — also known as a philtrum piercing — sits in the natural dip above the upper lip, perfectly centred below the nose. It’s a striking yet refined look that suits a wide range of styles, from minimal sparkle to bold statement pieces. We pierce using a sterile, single-use needle (never a gun), and always take time to check your anatomy and discuss your jewellery options to ensure safe placement and healing. Jewellery options include: Implant-grade titanium labrets Solid 14kt gold in yellow, rose, or white Flat discs, domes, or gemstone settings Your appointment includes: A full consultation and anatomy check Professional, precise piercing Aftercare advice and healing support Valid photo ID is required for all appointments. Cancellation Policy
Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be non-refundable. This is because we prepare sterile setups for each client, and delays affect the schedule and safety standards. Reschedule Policy We understand plans can change. If you need to move your appointment, you must reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Your booking fee can then be carried over to your new appointment date. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will be lost and a new fee will be required to book again. Booking Fee Policy All booking fees are final and non-refundable. Your booking fee secures your appointment and covers the cost of preparing a sterile setup specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours before your appointment — we’ll carry your booking fee over once. If you cancel, don’t show up, or give less than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be lost and a new one will be required to book again. ID Policy For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment. You’ll need to bring one of the following: Both the parent’s and child’s birth certificates, or The child’s birth certificate plus official proof of legal guardianship/adoption (e.g., adoption papers or court-issued guardianship documents), or Both passports (parent and child) with the same surname. If you’re lucky enough to look under 18, please bring valid photo ID — we operate a strict Challenge 21 policy. Important: If you fail to bring the correct ID to your appointment, it will be cancelled and your booking fee will be non-refundable. Age Policy If you’re under 16, you must bring a parent or legal guardian — we can’t perform any piercings without their consent in person and the correct ID (see our ID Policy above).
